The R&S, a division of the borg, assimilated the BR&P 4th sub on July 21, 1986. This was the initial power for the new railroad. A pair of G&W C424m's and some leased P&LE switchers. Chessie power also ran through on the road trains for a while. Just 4 days after startup the pair of Alcos and a P&LE switcher are at West Ridge Road in Rochester, NY switching the Kodak plant on 7/25/1986.
