Home Desk during Covid-19 Stay-at-Home
For the past 3 months, we were put onto a rotation in which about 25% of the staff would come into the office for a full week followed by three weeks of working at home.
This is the home set-up I had. On the display is a typical screen for MicroSoft Teams. One could choose to have a live view of oneself for others to see, utilizing the user-facing camera in the computer. No one in our group does that. Some only go so far as a profile picture. Most simply let their initials represent them.
Working this way was akin to driving a car that topped out at 15 mph and having to stop at every intersection.
