What isn't soccer field at Louisville's E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park is walking trail, and about three-quarters of it's paved. There's a soccer field just to the left of this image, and a soccer field on the other side of those trees ahead on the left, and more soccer fields if you keep going straight. To the right, there's a little nature area around a creek that looks pretty nice despite all the soccer fields.
Back in the 1990s when I was courting my first wife, my eventual father-in-law lived in a divorcee apartment near here, and sometimes I'd come out here and walk around during visits. I can only remember coming once since then, when I met my daughter here a couple of years back for a lunch break visit while passing through on my way to someplace else.
