Charlotte, City of the Princess
Longtime readers of this page may recall that the last time British royalty reproduced, I posted a picture of Prince George, British Columbia in celebration. If there's a place called Princess Charlotte, I haven't taken a picture of it, so the new addition to the royal family will have to be satisfied with this mediocre photo taken of the skyline of commoner Charlotte, North Carolina.
I would have liked to have posted a picture I remember taking of the main entrance to Charlotte Motor Speedway because that would have been funny, but I discovered not long ago that somehow, an entire day's photos from that trip got deleted. This has prompted a convoluted tangle of backup strategies to prevent future losses, which has taken up most of my online photo time lately. But I'll post more this week. Probably.
