I ate this Beef Brisket at The Boxcar in Prescott, Wisconsin.

This meal consisted of dry rubbed brisket smoke for hours and then slow-roasted served on texas toast with hash browns, brown gravy and greens in pot liquor. This meal was very good and I would order it again.
