Rosette de Lyon (a pink salami from Lyon) sandwiches, carottes râpees (shredded carrots lightly tossed in an herbed vinaigrette, céleri rémoulade (shredded celery root / celeriac in rémoulade sauce, which is a mayonnaise jazzed up with strong Dijon mustard and and lemon juice), lemon-lime water (for Lynne) and zero-calorie peach tea (for me). Yum !
