HOW UGLY THE FACE OF EMMANUEL MACRON’S FRANCE IS !!!
Emmanuel Macron’s France is UGLY. His record is catastrophic. Never has the country gone through such a deep social crisis. Never have the uber-rich who control the country accumulated such wealth, never have social inequality and injustice been so glaring. Never have the rule of law and civil liberties been so threatened, the right to demonstrate so trampled. Never has the country known such violence. Never has the toll inflicted on the population by the so-called “forces or order” been so heavy in terms of demonstrators injured, maimed and mutilated, or even blinded for life. Never have the corrupt been so cosseted by the President, like the current Speaker of the National Assembly, Richard Ferrand, and his predecessor, François de Rugy. (Ferrand is alleged to have helped his partner, Sandrine Doucen, to acquire a property with the knowledge that his company, a Brittany-based insurance called Mutuelles de Bretagne, intended to rent as office space. She is reported to have made a large sum from the deal. His predecessor, De Rugy, had to resign after it was proven that he used his lavish government-owned palace to host friends to luxury dinners, featuring mountains of lobster and gallons of vintage wines, while spending public money to refurbish his already sumptuous apartment within the palace.
Meanwhile retirement and other social benefits are being cut, public services are being axed, train ticket prices are out of sight, nothing is being done about climate change . . . and those who protest get mercilessly clubbed and tear-gassed or get their eyes gouged out by high-powered guns firing “rubber bullets” the size of tennis balls.
Why is there a conspiracy of silence in the world press to sweep under the carpets the ugly facts about Emmanuel Macron’s “liberal,” “progressive” democracy ?
Could it be because the mega-banks and mega-companies of this world (Macron was a top executive of the Rothschild group) have decided that democracy doesn’t work for them anymore ? Is this why the U.S., the U.K., and France are inching closer to becoming authoritarian régimes ?
