Prompt 2: A Simple Place
When I think of a simple place, where I feel at peace it is in a big old bear hug from my son. He is 20 and twice my size and gives the best hugs. I drew my Polar Bears with a charcoal pencil and sealed it with a fixative. I used acrylic paint to paint on an old sheet of paper from a Japanese sewing catalogue with acrylic paint. I glued my torn out drawing onto the paper and then used white acrylic paint to give my bears some highlights and texture. A fine tip pen was used for the lettering. The quote touches my heart.
