Iso Area Square Pattern 12: CP

This is a submission for the "Octagons for October" challenge from the tessellation group.

Despite how obvious it is that I used octagons in the CP, the completed model shows no signs of having used octagons: www.flickr.com/photos/8303956@N08/2889490769/

This is quite frustrating to collapse because of the way the angles are for the almost-iso-area octagon twists (they would be iso-area if the octagons were regular). The entire tess as a whole is still iso-area.

Of all of my recent designs, this one is the most difficult to collapse considering how "simple" the CP looks like it should be. This is a basic 8.8.4 pattern; the customization of the pleat angles, pleat lengths, and mountain/valley decisions are what make it different/cool.
