Temp and pressure PF
I know there are others, but I wanted an all stainless steel version with micro metering flow adjustments, that way you can see how a machine performs at a 23 second shot or a 45 second shot of same volume.
All welded construction, unscrews for storage. I'm not sure how much this matters, but the other Thermofilters I've seen have a PVC disk inside. I put a layered cork bottom in mine because I've always thought that the coffee in a real situation would have a different thermal effect on the measurement than PVC would. My other machine with a probe in the dispersion screen shows this. I'm changing a Synesso group now to have live temp reading in the screen as well. Hopefully it will show if this is true with standard style machines too.
