Another activity of Hola Lola – Mexican POP-UP Restaurant were secret dinners. The idea behind this was to go out of a typical restaurant environment into something more un- expecting. People use odd apartments, industrial spaces or even an out-door locations. Number of guests is limited and they don’t always know each other, so interesting interactions might happen. Booking your dinner, you never know who will be sitting next to you. The menu is set and people can bring their own alcohol.

This creates more intimate dinning experience and guest can really feel that the chef is cooking especially for them.

We were serving 5 courses menu along with a welcoming cocktail. We only asked our guests if there is any special diets or allergies that we have to be aware of. Except for that they didn’t know what might end up on their dinner plates. Response was amazing and I’m sure they had plenty of good time coming to our secret dinners.
