Unknown 1970's tipper driver. A3 1978.
'Now you wouldn't be from the Ministry now would yer?
Despite his rather nervous appearance this driver was a very decent lad allowing me to take pictures of his Ergomatic lorry while clearing demolition rubble from a site on the A3 in 1978. It is very difficult to get real action shots like this that catch the moment in time exactly, muck and all.
