Mini Sand Delta

This last weekend, I had a geology field trip out to Discovery Park. While Seattle is a tremendous area to learn about geology with its great glacial history, I swear the geology professors don't understand that considering that the bulk of my field trips are at Discovery Park.

 

This little feature was cool though since it is a mini sand delta.
