N&W C-424 3903 (3372-04 3/64) ex WAB B903 built as NdeM 8103@Indianapolis IN 7-67 As Wabash units, the C-424's were restricted to B-unit status since they had been purchased from Alco from a canceled NdeM order with minimal adaptation and had cab gauges calculated in the metric system and lettered in Spanish (they also lacked toilets). By the time of this photo this had been corrected by N&W.
