Ex-Fryansford Cement Works Railway no 4

The spotless cab of no 4, an 0-6-0ST built in 1916 by the Vulcan Iron Works in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

How did they get that so clean? In my experience most diesel cabs are much dirtier.

Bellarine (Peninsula) Railway.
