This Eagle was on the Standard of the french 105th regiment when it was captured at The Battle of Waterloo in June 1815 when the cavalry charged. It is being taken for didplay at the Household Cavalry museum.
Unique is the fact that being worn by Lance Corporal of Horse Carl Greenholm is the actual Waterloo medal awarded to Corporal Styles who grabbed the french standard.
