Church of the Guardian Angel

The sculpture on the exterior have been compared to work at Saint-Pierre Abbey in Moissac. The abbey in on the route of Santiago de Compostela in France. the doors are glazed giving a tantalizing glimpse of the interior.

 

The tympanum over the main door shows Christ enthroned surrounded by the symbols of the Evangelists and a few of those guardian angels.
