Moving the muscles is essential to our lives: eat, play, work or even express our feelings require hundreds of muscle. Sometimes how the muscles pull our bones to make us move makes me think of our motivation against procrastination. Moving is the motivation. Motivation helps us moving. From that we explore new things, achieve our dreams and fulfill ourselves.
