Percy Bacon signature
Signature on the window given in memory of Francis Haslewood, rector of the church of St Matthew, Ipswich from 1875 to 1900. Although the rector died in 1900, the window was not installed until the 1930's and was the gift of his family. It is by Bacon Brothers and, as it is signed 'Percy Bacon, Reading', is, presumably, the work of PCH Bacon, who worked in that area in the 1930's.
