Pulling my hair out! For the past few months I'm getting auto-generated emails asking if I just signed in to Etsy with my computer and browser. It's the same computer and browser I've used without issue for at least 4 years. As you can see from the screenshots, it's a circular maze that takes you nowhere. They don't want to know about irritating software issues. There is no "website problems" option. If you click on any of the options in the second window it wants to know the order #. If you don't give them one, it won't go any further. Nov. 2021
I'm tempted to close my account but will try not to cut my nose off to spite my face.
