The SMG-49 is a heavy water cooled, .45 ACP submachine gun. It feeds from a 40 round helical magazine. The cooling has all the parts inside of the gun including the tubes from the tank to the cooling jacket, and the motor that runs the pump. The lid on the jacket allows for more water, ice or other liquids ;).
