Stopover
With family in Atlantic Canada and pretty well an annual trip there, we use our travel time for a stopover and explore new places or perhaps visit old favorites. This is a familiar favorite. We arrived just after hurricane Lee and fortunately, it did not affect our reservations. Just after we left, tropical storm Phillipe rumbled through the area! Next year, we might have to try more for the middle of October to see if fall colors make this spot any prettier than it already is. Off season definitely seems to be the time to go as there are far less bugs and people.
