Absolute

The Bruce Trail is not as rugged as a mountain track but it's rocky terrain in Winter's snow and ice can be quite challenging - especially with a heavy load on your back. That said, the snow makes the landscape pristine and it absorbs sound so that the quiet can be absolute.
