One year later

The exact brand of running shoe that I'd been wearing was on sale at Sports Authority. Having had good luck with the shoe throughout all of 07, I thought, why not get another pair, and re-up for 08?

 

Here, for your edification, is a side by side comparison of a new shoe and an old shoe. I haven't been trail running, or climbing mountains or wading through equatorial rain forest. I've been running on pavement, more or less, for a year. Yucko, eh?
