Nottingham City Transport 995 parked up at its Wollaton Avenue terminus at Gedling in September 2016. At that time, the view beyond the housing seen here was of fields and the site of former Mapperley Colliery, returned to nature. Today, a large area of the old colliery site and some of the surrounding greenery is lost to housing development.
The Scania N230UD, OmniDekka was sold to Beestons of Hadleigh, Suffolk in 2022 for further use. Since 2024, the bus has been with Mario Coach Travel of Barrowford, Nelson in Lancashire and carries an all-over silver livery.
