Since this picture was taken, two other bus types have been since been used on the 'Ilkeston Flyer' service that runs between Ilkeston and Derby.
The Wright bodied Scania 'Solars' (pictured) were replaced by Volvo B7RLEs in 2017, and the Volvo were in turn replaced by dedicated ADL 200MMCs in 2024.
Following its replacement on the Ilkeston Flyer, 635 was painted orange and was transferred to TM Travel in 2017. TM Travel put the bus to work on the Crystal Peaks - Beighton - Handsworth service for a number of years. Looking on flickr, I cannot find any in-service pictures of 635 taken any later than April 2022, so I assume that it was withdrawn sometime around then?
