Yorkshire Rider 8533, Halifax, 1990
This is posted for fellow Flickrite Paul Fixter; a font of knowledge on all things appertaining to the vehicles operated by West Yorkshire PTE. This nice looking ex WYPTE Plaxton ‘Derwent’ bodied Leyland Leopard was one of several owned by the PTE, all of which passed to its semi-privatised successor, Yorkshire Rider in 1986. Coach seated 8533 is pictured at rest at Halifax's Elmwood Garage on 30th June 1990.
Tbh, I thought that YR livery and its proportions better suited these buses than the old WYPTE colours.
