Jamon iberico

JJ took me to The Bazaar by Jose Andres in the SLS hotel for my bday dinner. Total surprise! I was so excited! Here is some of the cool stuff we ate.

 

Jamon sampler. So. Incredibly. Good. The stuff in front was the best of all three. Kind of a sweet melt in your mouth porky orgy of deliciousness. Got that?
