Third Weld

With the clutch permanently welded in place, reinstall the bearing cage and driver screw. Use a bit of grease on the bearings, but don't get any on the screw. Even though the bearings won't ever turn, they still could use some rust inhibitor. Tighten down the driver screw, and secure as before with some baling wire or rubber bands.

Make three or four more spot welds between the driver screw and the clutch. This is probably unnecessary, but in my mind, it will make the hub stronger for skids and steep downhill resisting.
