chocolate-peanut butter thing

I'm trying to invent this peanut-butter cookie bar with chocolate frosting. This attempt is better than the previous, except it rose SO MUCH in the oven that it's more the size of a sheet cake and not a cookie bar. And it's very dense.

 

I think next time I'll increase the peanut butter and decrease the rest of the proportions. I want something flatter and more peanut-buttery.
