Replacement Grip
the rubber is some kind of shrink material. It gets heated and shrinks over the barrel. Some manufactures use a glue and some don't. you can tell if your rubber slips. Slit the thing down one of the grooves between knurls and slip your knife under the edge and lift carefully. It peels right off. The Tokina had little ridges under the rubber and glue. Nice bond, unlike the Komine.
Lay the old piece over the one you just cut to get the dimensions and cut to size.
Do some checking before you cut, 'cause you only have one shot at this...
