Confinement to Community

"In the ultimate of transformation, a volunteer works diligently on preparing a wall for painting inside the former Ventura County jail facility in Ojai. During the United Way Day of Caring, hundreds of community volunteers descending on the Ojai jail facility to assist in its remodel into a full community resource center in conjunction with Help of Ojai."
