CH-WomanRockingChair
(From the photo album of my dad's Aunt Clara Huggins, 1875-1958) An unidentified "youngish" woman (early 30s?) briefly relaxing in a rocking chair inside a comfy room with large house plants, location unknown, circa 1897-1900. This is one of my favorites of Clara's photos. She looks relieved to be able to take a few minutes to relax in her busy day, slightly bemused by Clara taking a photo of her. Unfortunately, the print is badly faded with what appears to be a large stain in the center of the photo causing the tonal differences seen, that I don't have the photoshop skill in removing or equalizing.
