Translucency Bottom
One of the three large "raised" forms that came out of the kiln this morning had a large crack in it, on the base where it must have been hammered very thin. I do like the translucency however! This is a photo of the bottom of the piece.
This is Stratford 6-50 porcelain from Tucker, fired around cone 7-8 in oxidation.
