Grand Re-Opening of the Tucker PAL Center in West Philadelphia.

 

This center is a collaboration between Penn Public Safety, Philadelphia Police, the Elwyn Institute and PAL.

 

The Philadelphia Police Athletic League (PAL) works with area youth in academics, athletics and the arts. The PAL motto "Cops Helping Kids" is about forging relationships with the community they serve. Learn more about PAL at PhillyPAL.org
