Day Six: Grand Canyon, AZ

I booked it again this morning, making the climb in just over two hours. I was looking forward to hot food, a shower, and another night in Santa Fe. Instead, I met Winter Storm Goliath. I crawled into Albuquerque around 8:30PM and began waiting out the storm there. I saw several dozen hikers this day, including a father cradling a small baby and several women wearing very fashionable looking fur coats.
