Sound of the Sea
First we are each given a large shell, within which is an iPod nano. Next to appear is a tray of sand atop of which a glass plate with our taste of the sea. We are asked to listen to the iPod whilst eating the food. We listen to the sounds of a beach, the waves gently kissing sand, birds wheeling in the sky...whilst we dive into the most amazing taste of the seaside. The 'sand' is an almost salty nutty granular explosion of flavour, moving through to the fish and the foamy 'sea'...breathtaking.
