DD 708

From what I can find, this is the USS Harlan R. Dickson DD-708 (Sumner Class Destroyer) - underway. Looks like it is be replenished/refueled (rope/hose between ships).

 

NOTE: see OLDNAVY comment below - this is DE 708 the USS Parle - I guessed off the hull number. I served on the DD 817 USS Corry and so I searched for other DDs.
