Sunny in the AM and then This!!!
We were at the marina cleaning the boat when this storm blew in. Typical Northwester with howling wind and rain. We went below in the cabin to wait it out. Listened to the radio and just chilled for a bit. When the rain let up a bit, we headed home. Supposed to be sunny part of tomorrow so maybe we can finish swabbing the decks!!
We had hoped for a cruise but mother nature had other ideas. The Coast Guard broadcasted a storm warning advising mariners to seek shelter. So the marina was a good place to be!
As you can see, there are lots of sailboats in the marina. Power boaters like us are in the minority at least on our dock!
