Road trip to see the countryside between Harbin and Vladivostok 1/48
Inside the village we stopped at.
Simply views from the beautiful back roads running through the countryside to the south-east of Harbin.
It took some negotiating to convince any driver to take us here for, according to them, there is nothing "famous" nor beautiful to see on these back roads. How wrong they were! . Eventually we found a very friendly guy who did not understand either but at least agreed to drive us south-east out of Harbin in the direction of Vladivostok. We managed to do about a third of the road down to Vladivostok in the four or so hours before we had to turn around. Upon turning around, we stopped off in a village that has never had a foreign visitor and understandably caused a bit of a stir, even the dogs and chickens were confused as to why we were visiting their little place.
