Mother and child

There is one family of Blue-billed Ducks on the wetlands - only two ducklings left but they seem to be in a safe place now. These are probably the most relaxed Bluebills I've ever met. I could stay taking photos for as long as I wanted. The little ones enjoyed their early morning outing and they were practicing diving - very useful skills, not just to find food - while the parents kept the watch.
