Springtime Murco
With their days with DBC rumoured to be numbered 60024 is seen passing the site of Grange Court Junction with 6B13 0500 Robeston to Westerleigh Murco tanks. This is the point where the line to Ross-on-Wye and Hereford diverged to the right though the actual (physical) junction was at the east end of the station. The station here was the Gloucester side of the road bridge from where this shot was taken and boasted four platforms, it closed in October 1964. Many thanks to Kevin for the DxO enhancement.
