Isotoma anglicana?
It looks very like one we decided was D. antennatus: www.flickr.com/photos/77849983@N00/4489272406/ but with somewhat less striking banding, and more hair. Could be D. tigrina, though?
About 2 mm, from dense moss under gorse and nettles.
