Deuterosminthurus pallipes
I don't think this is aureus, based on the sticky-out bit at the tail end. Therefore, what is it? They're crawling all over the leaves of dandelions and teasel in our back yard, and barely make it past 0.5 mm long. The huge majority are yellow; I've only spotted one dark one so far, and that may be a different species (aureus form ochropus, perhaps).
