13 er...16 THINGS
1 - I don't like the term Xmas. To me, it's Christmas not Xmas. I don't keep things in the house that read Xmas on them either.
2 - If you disagree, fine. Just don't argue with me about it. It's basically challenging my religious freedom of belief. So stop.
3 - Sycophants and negative people are the most painful types of people to deal with these days. I want to knock all of them over the head with a heavy object and tell them to knock it off.
4 - I'm positively in love the Raspberry and Chocolate chip cookies from Grand Gourmet by Bret and Sam's. They're like cookie crack.
To answer some personal questions asked of me in recent months...
5 - No, sorry, I.... don't really dig facial hair. Many men look great with it, don't get me wrong, it's just not my personal preference. Sorry, Santa. No kissing.
6 - I avoid cigarette smoke like the plague. I'm not a militant about it but I will steer clear of a cigarette smoker if I can. It's not that I like them any less. Just not in my face while smoking. A pipe on the other hand, I like that for a while. Then it gets a bit tiring. Again, sorry Santa.
7 - No, I don't think I'll ever fully embrace FB. I always feel ridiculous posting status reports about nothing.
8 - I'm certain someone will read these things and take it personally. Try not to. It's not directed at you personally. These are just my own personal feelings.
9 - I'm on flickr less and less these days and I doubt that will change much. Life moves us all in different directions. I'm shocked as hell I've stay as long as I have.
10 - I'm just as obsessed with extra long thin scarves as I am with hats.
11 - Yes, I did wear this hat with the goggles while out walking. I did change into long pants and warmer shoes first though.
12 - I'd really like some snow for Christmas but I don't think it will happen. It rarely does. One Christmas it was 70 degrees. That's just not right. haha. Although I must admit it, it was pretty awesome for walking. I walked almost 10 miles that afternoon. :)
13 - I try to go walking everyday. Sometimes it's a short walk and other times....it's for several miles. I used to be an 8 mile-a-day walker. That was fun.
Bonus three
14 - I'm starting to run out of time with Christmas stuff, so if you get something after...think of it as a gift of the New Year. That way it won't be late. ;)
15 - I truly hope 2011 is better than 2010. Not that this year was bad at all but I'd like to think it gets better in the new year.
16 - These list things always take me ages to write. Does anyone even read passed the first few sentences?
