CNW's Jefferson Junction job is looking to return to Clyman Jct with hoppers from the malt plant however Soo has temporarily halted that plan. CNW 4140-4434 pause northbound just shy of the diamond at Watertown while LMX 8500-Soo 6609 complete their switching chores before continuing on eastbound. Those CNW Geeps were a fixture on that line for years. August 1993.
Today, the malt plant is idle at Jefferson JCT, the CNW Geeps are long gone, there is only one diamond at Watertown instead of three and the white Soo SD40-2 turned CP red.
