Katy Clark MP warns against inaction

Katy Clark - Labour MP for North Ayrshire and Arran since 2005, speaking at the Labour Representation Committee fringe meeting for 2013 Labour Party conference held at the Friends' Meeting House in Brighton on Monday 23 September. The main themes for the meeting were alternatives to austerity, defend the welfare state, defend the union link.
