My instructor Fred is setting up the hang gliding machine that is amazingly simple and lightweight. He taught me gliding lessons before we jump off the cliff in tandem. He first sets up the tripod frame, open up the "wings", insert the metal ribs, wheels and tie up a couple of strings. He taught me many things but the only thing i can remember when i jump is......hold on to his harness.
