TW994: Sudden Downpour
I happened to be in a familiar place when a deluge began. In order to get the white band of splashing rain at the road surface it is necessary to look along it for sufficient distance, and here there is only one perspective giving a seemingly isolated tree as a background detail. This is also why the double yellow line motif reappears.
