No Parking Empire

This is a Thursday walk in Downtown St. Paul interpreted as a Harris shutter effect variant. Three moving camera (walking) images were registered on a relatively stationary subject (relatively moving towards the camera) then combined for a subtractive filter Harris shutter effect. This was composited with one of the original images through a mask whilst imagining Magritte's Empire of Light.
